Q: What is the Travel + Leisure Family Club?

A: The Travel + Leisure Family Club is a membership club that opens up a world of savings, services, and special amenities. Club members can take advantage of a wide array of shopping discounts from participating partners, specially negotiated rates on cruises, tours, and hotels, as well as receive savings on tickets to theme parks, museums, Broadway theatre and more. Plus, members have access to the Family Concierge Service, a 24/7 concierge service accessible anywhere, anytime. In addition, look for special, limited-time offers from all of our partners.

Q: What does a free 60-day membership provide?

A: With a 60-day membership, you have unlimited access to all benefits of the Travel + Leisure Family Club. This includes access to the Family Concierge Service, all of our merchants, and access to our special travel savings on hotels, cruises, tours and car rentals.You will receive a membership package that details all your benefits.

Q: Can I start taking advantage of my free 60-day membership right away?

A: Yes, if you joined through the website, then you have already received a membership number. You can use this number to log on to our member site and take advantage of all our membership savings programs. If you joined through the mail and have not yet received your membership materials, please contact customer service at 1-800-552-7885. If your order has already been processed they will be able to retrieve your membership number.

Q: When will I receive my membership package?

A: You will receive a membership package in 4-6 weeks.

Q: What happens after one year?

A: After one year, your membership will automatically renew at the then current membership rate.

Q: How do I book travel and receive my specially negotiated rates?

A: Call 1-800-952-0150 (option 1) and speak with a Travel + Leisure Family Club travel counselor or go online and fill out a Customize Your Vacation form.

Q: Who do I call to use the Family Concierge Service?

A: Call 1-800-952-0150 (option 2). From there you will be connected to your very own personal concierge who will take care of your needs.
